La capacidad de producir citocinas por las células del sistema inmune se está convirtiendo en un parámetro de creciente interés clínico. La citometría de flujo permite la determinación simultánea de antígenos de membrana y citoplásmicos.
El Cytodetect Kit nos permite:
• Detectar citocinas intracelularmente.
• Diferencir entre células Th1, Th2 y Th0.
• Monitorizar la respuesta inmunológica en diversas situaciones
clínicas: transplantes, SIDA, alergia y cancer.
